Rental Policies
Reservation/Security Deposit:
Once you request a reservation for specific dates, you will be provided with a rental agreement. Return the signed rental agreement along with 50% of the stated rental for the period AND a $500 refundable Security Deposit to hold your rental.
Payment:
Payment must be received within 5 days. Failure to return the rental agreement and/or make the required payment within 5 business days will result in cancellation of your rental. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% of the rental and the Security Deposit are due with your signed rental agreement.
Cancellation:
Upon written notice of cancellation from tenant, advance rent payments will be refunded if unit is re-rented, less a $100 cancellation fee. If the unit is NOT re-rented, NO REFUND will be issued. Please consider Trip Cancellation Insurance to protect yourself against unexpected cancellations.
Check In Location:

Check In Time:
After 3:00 PM. Please let us know if you need to make
arrangements for late arrival.
Check Out Time:
Before 12 Noon.
Pets:
Small dogs of 25 lbs or less with prior approval are permitted. Upon
arrival, if your dog is larger than 25lbs, your reservation will be canceled
and deposit forfeited. Please pick up after your dog. Plastic bags are
provided. Please do not leave your dog unaccompanied in the residence for
more than four hours. Please bring (and use) a pet kennel to accomodate
your pet when you are out of the cabin.
Smoking:
Smoking is not
allowed inside the cabin or on the porches.
